The bar is made from 1 1/4" heavy 16 gauge tubular steel and will support 1,200 pounds if properly installed. The bar is tested at 2,400 pounds. It is powder coated a lightly textured black for a slip resistant grip.
The bar is 42" wide and hangs down 12" from the rafter. If you need a shorter or longer hanger, just let us know.
All mounting hardware and instructions are included.
Notice the texture, the offset mounting holes to prevent splitting the rafter and the tube closures at the end of the tube. It is the attention to detail that set these products apart from the cheap imported products flooding the market.
