Customer Rating: Summary: Slow to ship, canceled order Comment: I ordered these for an upcoming trip so I could do some strength training in my hotel room. I placed the order 10 days before my trip but I checked online often and it said the item would ship between Wednesday - Friday and my trip was on Saturday so I thought it would work out. The company was so slow that by Saturday morning my item still hadn't shipped and I had to write an email requesting that my order be canceled. They returned my money but it would have been nice to actually receive the item when promised! I will not be ordering from this company again because they are SLOW. Customer Rating: Summary: Great for travel exercise Comment: I got a pair of these and later on got a pair of the dumbbells as well and I have to say both are great. They easily fit in any luggage or back pack as they are small and lightweight. Easy to use and fill up to reach its capacity which I think is around 15 lbs which isn't a heavy work out but it definitely helps you exercise while your traveling especially if you can't get a gym. They are bulky and awkward to use, and a wet mess to fill. If you are desperate to have weights along when you travel, I guess these do the job, but I don't like them myself.
