Summary: Excellent mid-priced Pull-Up Bar
Comment: Conclusion: Not too expensive or too cheap. A good compromise for a removable pull-up bar at home.
Pros: Can use without attaching any fasteners to the wall, can do many pull-up variations, don't bump head on doorjamb at top of pull-up
Cons: Costs $35 more than the $15 WalMart special that mounts on the doorjamb, bar not nearly as sturdy as a gymnasium-type wall mounted bar.

The quality of the product is subpar as compared to the actual P90x Chin Up Bar. The Beachbody logo on the box is a copy of the original P90x Chin Up Bar packaging. Beware of the implications of buying a knockoff product from an illegal supplier. BUYER BEWARE! BUY A LEGITIMATE BEACHBODY PRODUCT FOR BEST RESULTS!

Summary: Great Product for the Proper Door Frame
Comment: This is a well made product, however, a very solid door frame and adequate space on each side is required to install this item. Sadly for me the only door frame I could use was a door that was almost in a corner.
If you look at the product you will see it extends quite a bite and thus requires several inches on each side of the door frame.
Otherwise you bolt in the hooks and make sure it is into studs not just sheet rock as you will be ripping out the wall as you fall and take the pull up system with you.
What is very good is you install the brackets jut above the door frame and pop in the bar with the handles. Easily you can remove the bar from the hooks and thus you won't see any hooks being on the reverse side unless in that room. You remove the unit and store it so you can also close the door when needed.
I would not recommend this for a heavy person, as it is not as sturdy in the brackets as I would like and I am a big guy so it still may not have been a good fit for me personally, however, it appeared to be very well made and easy to install and easy to remove and store daily.
