Summary: Great product, great company.
Comment: This belt is very high quality and I was very impressed with it as soon as I opened the package. However, the size was smaller than I had anticipated. I sent an email and received an immediate response that the correct size would be shipped the next day with a prepaid return envelope. Great customer service! I am confident from the thickness of the belt and the quality of the suede that the belt will prove to be great as well.
