Customer Rating: Summary: Reebok SpeedPak rocks! Comment: The Reebok SpeedPak works just as advertised. The lightest weight on each dumbbell is 2.5 lb; it then increases by 2.5 lb increments until you get to 12.5 lb on each dumbbell. They are easy to change out and seem durable enough for my use. I sometimes wish I had levels between (1-2 lb increments) - but these work great for what they are. I recommend them if you are looking for quick change weights in 2.5 lb increments.
