Comment: Didn't buy these for myself, rather for my girlfriend, who has the belt these pads are used for. She swears by the belt and these pads are the exact replacement pads, so she was happy. As long as she's happy, I'm happy, but since I didn't try these out myself, I can not rate them any higher than 4 stars.

Comment: I've been using this device for as long as 3 months and I have to say that except for an unnoticeable toning, the device is completely useless. I'd better back to the gym and exercise my abdominals by myself
