The Valor® BE-1 smith machine is a smooth operator with a special cantilever system inside the main frame. What you put on the bar is the weight you will lift. It's equipped with tempered spring steel coils on safety spots for absorbing heavy impact, a rotating Olympic bar with a safety catch function, and chrome weight plate storage pegs on each side of the frame for convenience.
