Summary: Forget Rockin' Abs - You do not rock - you fall back - not enough resistance
Comment: I was looking for a compact, appropriate tension machine. This item is not that. Rockin' Abs does have several advantages - I have difficulty getting up off the floor. So I am able to do ab exercises on the bench flat. It was fairly easy to put together. They do supply the tools but it is easier to use your own wrenches, and electric screwdriver. The only other advice I would say when putting it together you have to let out all the tension in order to stretch the cable for step 3b.
The resistance, from the tension is not adequate enough. They need to add 2 (1 front, 1 back) extra giving people the options to have more resistance. As soon as you lay back you are laying down.
Rockin' Abs is bigger then it looks, and heavy to move. I attached a rug to the bottom support to make it easy to slide on my tile floor and not scratch it.
I really would have purchased a fold able compact item. I thought about sending it back but it would cost me more to return then the item was itself. And I would have to disassemble it.
