Customer Rating: Summary: Nice idea, but poorly executed Comment: After looking around to find what I thought would be the best pull-up machine I settled on this one due to the sturdiness of it. Having previous military experience and currently being in law enforcement exercise is part of my daily routine. This machine is built solid and lives up to that reputation, however there are a few other issues that you might want to be aware of before purchasing this item. I am 6'1" and found that the arm rests are too short for my arms to do the stomach exercises. This might work for someone shorter, but if you are taller take this into consideration. The other problem that I have with this is the pullup bar. It's unconventional in that it doesn't go all the way across, and as such puts you in a very awkward position to do a pullup. I have a wide grip and it's still to wide for me. It is hard to develop a proper burn with this pullup bar. I've resorted to going back to the ceiling joists for my pullups until I buy a new one. The other excercise points are non-descript. You can do pushups off of the steps, but I think you'll find again, it's easier just to do them off the floor, then you can rotate between wide and narrow pushups, etc. The dip part of the machine is a nice feature and the only feature that I'll continue to use. Stay safe out there, and excercise daily.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great equipment Comment: After looking at a lot of other Power Towers that where flimsy or felt like they would tip over I am very happy with this purchase. I highly recommend this equipment to anyone looking for a pull-up / dip tower.
Customer Rating: Summary: Shipped without instructions Comment: I was really excited to get this new piece of equipment to add to my home gym. It arrived today but without assembly instructions. Muscle Dynamics website doesn't even have this equipment listed. I thought I could go to it and download the instructions. Anybody have them or know where I can get them I would appreciated it. Until this it will fall in the rare but unused equipment pile.
Customer Rating: Summary: Solid, heavy duty, and ultra fast shipment Comment: Ordered on late Sunday afternoon, recieved at my door the following Tuesday morning (less than 48 hours later!!). Well packed and complete, the equipment was easy to put together, with complete parts and good instructions. This is a solid, heavy duty piece of equipment. I weigh 275 pounds and chose this because it was rated at 700 pound capacity, which I don't doubt because it very easy handles my weight. I would highly recommend this for home, or commercial gym.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good product! Comment: Just put this together. Had very simple instructions and all pieces fit together perfectly. It is pretty stable and good quality. I just wish the angles of the upper hand grips were a little different. I'm not sure how to compare to some of the cheaper products out there but my guess is even though I do love this power tower, I think it's a little over priced. Overall I'm very happy with it!

Work your abdominal muscles, chest, triceps, back, and more with the commercial-grade Body Max dip/leg raise/pull-up device. The weight-free unit offers four stations: a VKR station for performing vertical knee raises (great for working the abs and strengthening the core); a dip station that works the triceps and other upper body muscles; nonslip foot grips that double as a 90-degree push-up station for the chest and arm muscles; and a chin-up/pull-up station with inside and wide-grip positions for exercising the upper back. Combine the four stations and you can work yourself into great shape in no time. The unit is equipped with a heavy-duty 3-by-2-inch square steel tube frame that holds up to heavy use through the years. The thick, high-density, box-style cushions, meanwhile, are tough yet comfortable. Other details include a durable, scratch-resistant powder-coated finish and a 750-pound weight capacity. The dip/leg raise/pull-up device carries a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 90-day warranty on the upholstery and parts.
