Comment: This mat is very good for floor exercises. I have wooden floors; looking for a mat that would stay in place and not move around. It fills the bill - I only wish it had a little more padding for stomach crunches and sit ups.

Comment: It stays put on the carpet and it doesn't roll up under pressure. I use in with machine that roll and stretching exercises. It is light weight, rolls up tight which makes it easy to take when traveling. Long enough to lay out on, great for crunches. I don't like it on unlevel tile floors, not enough thickness. But, for carrying to a gym for yoga, hey it works great.
