Summary: waste of money
Comment: yes the machine works well but you can buy what looks to be the same machine directly from amazon for 119 dollars and it qualifies for free shipping, instead of the 79 dollar shipping being charged by karate depot. So yeah its a good machine but do yourself a favor and save over a hundred dollars buying from someone else.

Summary: Not great for chinups
Comment: The product is sturdy, but then you have issues. It shipped super quickly. After receiving the product, I found that none of the hardware for putting it together was in there. I had to call Amazon to find the maker since the box didn't show any contact info and there were no assembly instructions.
They quickly sent that out and I was back on my way.
With the pushup portion on the back of the Tower, you need a lot of room to use it, so that is against the wall and unusable.
But the biggest problem. When you do pullups, the bar doesn't extend far enough out from the back rest. So if you attempt to pullup to quickly and your body rocks, your legs hit the back rest.

Summary: Excellent Value for the money spent
Comment: This equipment is amazing for the price ($130 - shipping incl.) I paid. It was fairly easy to assemble - mostly turning hex bolts into nuts. At first use, it looked that it might topple, the chin-up bar and the dip are on opposite directions. But it is exceptionally stable. Once all the bolts are fairly well tightened, it does not even squeak much. Something like 15-20 chin-ups is much easier to do than a full 30 min weight training. I just park my car in the garage and on my way up finish some dips and chin-ups.
Only complaint I have is the quality of the rubber. My hands smell awful after finishing a full round of dips, chin-ups and standing ab curls. It smells like burnt tire!

Summary: Excellent piece of equipment
Comment: I am 6'7" tall and weigh 225 lbs. This piece of equipment handles my frame fine. There isn't alot of play or movement as some people had commented on some of the other power towers. Overall a great piece of excercise equipment for the money.
As a side note the equipment arrived on time and just as advertised.
