Multi Function Disc consists of a 50 cm disc mounted on a pivot-bearing ball, a roller board for additional de-stabilization and two seesaw boards so that both legs and all axes can be challenged at once. Configure these components in all these ways: Balance Board, Balancing Board with an Ankle Tilt, Spinning Board, Stable Rotation Board, See Saw Board, See Saw with Spin Board and the Multifunctional Spin Board.
